swimming lessons

Carter started swimming lessons on Monday at the YMCA. Last year he was in the baby class, so  he really wanted me to do the same thing this year. He normally takes a little while to get  used to new situations and people, so I knew this might be a battle. The first night, he wanted nothing to do with the teachers and a kid next to him kept splashing him. Little by little this week he has been getting better. Last night, he finally jumped in, got his face wet and did some other things with the teacher. He even asked if  he could do it again! Next week I'll try to get some action shots but here are some pictures of the first night.
